3. Payment Terms

All service fees are due upon receipt of invoice.
Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.
Payments made are non-refundable once work has begun.
Additional work outside the original scope may incur extra charges.

4. Intellectual Property

All original designs, graphics, code, and content remain our property until full payment is received.
After full payment, ownership of approved final deliverables transfers to the client.
We may display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete project information.
Approve work or request revisions in a timely manner.
Not use our work for illegal or harmful purposes.

6. Revisions & Project Scope

Projects include a set number of revisions stated in the proposal.
Additional revisions will be billed separately.
Major direction changes require a new agreement.

7. Website & Digital Services

We are not responsible for hosting, domain, or third-party issues.
Clients must maintain websites unless a maintenance plan is purchased.
We are not liable for security breaches or downtime after delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bosma Design Solutions is not responsible for delays, third-party failures, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate projects for non-payment, unprofessional behavior, or lack of required project materials. All completed work must be paid upon termination.

10. Third-Party Tools & Services

We are not responsible for performance, policy changes, or pricing of third-party platforms. Clients must maintain their own subscriptions.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality except where disclosure is required by law.

12. Governing Law

These terms follow the laws of your state/country and legal disputes follow local courts.

13. Updates to Terms

We may update terms anytime, and continued use of our services means acceptance.
